Quick, Easy 30 days returns policy
Need to return an item? Not a problem. Our goal is to make the return experience as hassle-free as possible.
We ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging, storage boxes, containers, manuals, accessories and hang tags etc. intact. Items which have been used or installed on your bike will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Return new/unused items to Power Sprocket within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund for the item price paid minus the shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be applied for all items returned, including those sent under free shipping.
Returns must be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received which do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Sign in your account by entering your email address and password.
Select the item to return from the list of your previous orders.
Fill in the Return form to request for Return Authorization label.
Step Two: Note the RMA#.
Step Three: Prepare and ship your product:
Replace all items in the original packaging along with accessories, hangtags etc.
Pack the item in a sturdy shipping box.
Write RMA number in bold letters on the outside of the package.
Return the package using a trackable return service. Any shipment that cannot be tracked or lost, if not found will not be refunded, exchanged or credited in any form.
If you do not follow this process your credit or exchange will be delayed and you assume risk of the loss of merchandise and or payment.
Damaged Merchandise or Shipping Errors
If you believe a product was shipped in error, arrives defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist with the problem. Please keep in mind that you must call or email us immediately to report the problem with your order once it is delivered. Several brands we carry and ship have different warranties. Power sprocket does not provide any type of warranty for any item purchased.
Credits, Refunds, Repairs and Exchanges
After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the payment method originally used to place the order. We will email you and inform you, your order status will also change to "return" for the returned item(s). Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Please note the following:
No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for a refund.
All Items are inspected by our warehouse personnel. If your returned item appears to be worn/soiled or is damaged in any way that renders the item not new, the item will be sent back to you and we will not refund your order.
Please follow these guidelines to send back your order to be refunded.
All garments must be properly packed to avoid wrinkles to the leather and or any damage that can occur on route to our warehouse. Use an appropriate sized box to ship back your order. All hang tags must be attached to the garment. If the hang tag is removed or not included with the product there will be a restocking fee applied to your return. If the item you are returning has removable armor and has been removed, please place the armor back in the correct place on the jacket or you will be charged a restocking fee. Do not include the armor within the package contents. All garment accessories must be returned; this includes armor, removable inside lining and any accessories the garment was shipped with. Item must be returned in new condition.
Warranty Returns /Inquiries
Some of the brands we carry offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects after the product has been used or worn. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please give us a call or send us an email. We will provide you with the info you are requesting based of the brand of the product.
Please note if your item carries warranty: It may take up to 3-6 weeks total turnaround to process the warranty return. All warranty returns will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence or improper use or care of the product.
1.All refunds are issued within 3-5 business days from the date the package is received by our warehouse facility. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
2.Tax (if applicable) is refunded with returns.
3.Original shipping and handling charges aren't refunded.
